Discover a new career and earn a college certificate through On-line Learning

you want to know,

Our principals are simple. Learn, apply,  FLY! If you are serious about becoming a Flight Attendant we can help.  The quality of our program and resources is superior.

You want to know if the program is offered by a recognized school?

Absolutely! The Introduction to a Flight Attendant Program is a unique distance learning program hosted by our parent school Confederation College as well as Humber College. It is also promoted through Ontario Learn, a consortium of 22 Ontario Community Colleges, in Canada.  They have all partnered to develop and deliver on-line programs.  Through this virtual classroom environment, students can pursue their educational goals-whether that be the completion of a single course or the fulfillment of a college certificate or diploma.  Students can take programs from their home or office, accessing their program at their convenience.  Think about the quality and validity of a certificate from an educational institute versus a “private” internet based business. Taking an on-line college program, is an easy alternative to attending the regular campus classroom.

You
want to know about the program content ?

The Introduction to a Flight Attendant Program is a two part program, Part 1 and Part 2. Each part contains five comprehensive lessons, each with five written assignments and five examinations.  Each part of the program is  complimented with excellent audio/visual content to reinforce the subject matter.

You want to know how long each part of the program takes to complete?

That depends on the student. It takes an average of 40-50 hours to complete each of the two part program.  Some students learn at different levels and may require coaching from the instructor. Others are combining their studies with a full time job.  Students can work at their own speed throughout the designated program semester. Students will log onto the internet program through a system called “Blackboard”.  This same system is used by other colleges and universities throughout the world.

You
want to know how often the program is offered?

The two part program is offered quarterly throughout the year. Students have the option of starting in September, January and May of each year.

You want to know how much the program costs?

Because the program is featured in two parts, students have the option to pay each part individually.  Taking both parts of the program will offer you an opportunity to receive a valuable college certificate of completion at a minimal cost.  Since the program is offered through Canada, the tuition fee is based in Canadian dollars which will be converted to your local currency at the time of billing.  Further details as to the cost and registration can be obtained by following the registration link on this site.

You want to know about text books or computer needs?

There are no textbooks required. You will need high speed internet access to Internet Explorer or similar such as Mozilla Firefox. The program also requires computer speakers for audio, as well as a printer for the program content.  All of the required software such as "RealPlayer", Adobe Acrobat Reader, and Microsoft PowerPoint viewer, are downloaded for FREE on our course site.

You
want to know why this program works?

This program works for a number of reasons. It provides you the tools you need to learn to obtain an educated viewpoint of the Flight Attendant/Cabin Attendant Career.  The program works because past graduates have soared above others in joining an airline. The program works because we have been offering it during the past four years with a proven success rate. And, the program works because feedback from graduates has said so.  They appreciate the guidance and help we have given them in pursuing their dream.

You want to know if a certificate of completion is awarded for only taking Part 1?

No. Since the program is a combination of two parts, students will need to successfully complete BOTH parts of the program in order to graduate and receive their awarding of a college certificate. Each part of the program compliments the other and helps to reinforce the material.
