We can design a pre-interview "knowledge" test for your applicants and submit the results to you. Use this as a way to find out exactly what candidates know about your company and this profession. It becomes a great tool in your final selection process.
We can also post any of your training materials on our secure "Blackboard" site. Use this as a way to deliver your pre-course study packages to new trainees, or perhaps shorten your annual/recurrent training by having your Flight Attendants complete course materials/exams on-line? Results are then forwarded to you for your training records.
